The team
From the Teams tab, with a name and a joining rule. It can be open — anyone walks in — or invite-only, if you want to control who plays.
The request
Tap “Request a match” from the venue page or the home screen. The first question is which team you're bringing, and whether you want an opponent or you're playing among yourselves.
The time
Pick the date, how long you want to play — 1h30 or 2h — and the kick-off time. Free slots are green, already-booked ones red, and past ones grey.
The pitch
Some venues split in two. Pick the left or right half — or the full pitch — and the available format changes with the surface you take.
The squad
The last step of the request: pick exactly who's coming. Select the first N with one tap, or tick individually if you already know who's missing.
Payment
The admin approves the request, and the booking moves to “Awaiting payment”. You see the pitch price, the service fee and the total before you tap anything.

After you send the request
The rest happens in the app, with a notification on every change — no WhatsApp threads and no “let me check and get back to you”.
The venue replies
The admin sees the request in their panel and either approves it or proposes another time. You get a notification either way.
The booking shows up under Matches
With a visible status: “Pending”, “Awaiting payment” or “Confirmed”, plus the price per team. History and payments live in the same tabs.
You play, then confirm the score
At full time both captains submit the score separately. If they agree, the match closes itself and the team's stats update.

How a team works
Payments & refunds
The venue sets the price and you see it before you confirm. Payment runs through MAIB, the processor licensed by the National Bank of Moldova.
One person pays
The booking is paid in full by whoever makes it — usually the captain. The app does not split the amount between players; how you settle up between yourselves is up to you.
The total, itemised
Pitch price, the 1% service fee and any extras (bibs, ball) — each on its own line, before you tap Pay.
Refunds up to 36 hours before
Cancel more than 36 hours ahead and the amount returns automatically to the card you used. Under 36 hours the place stays paid, as protection for the other players.
Your payment history
Every transaction with its amount and status, in the Matches tab. Recurring matches are paid once, covering all their dates.

What you get in the panel

Configure pitches, sections — full, half or quarter — and prices per duration: 60, 90 or 120 minutes.
A calendar that can't double-book
Day, week and month views. The platform prevents clashes between sections, and between sports sharing one pitch.
Approve it yourself, or don't
Every request shows the team, the format and the slot. Approve by hand, propose another time, or switch on automatic approval.
Block whatever days you want
Dates, time ranges or weekly patterns — for tournaments, events or maintenance. The pitch disappears from search for those hours.
Non-payments resolve themselves
Automatic reminders, the slot released if a team doesn't pay, and automatic refunds — without you stepping in.
More than one admin
On the same venue, each with their own account and equal rights. Nobody shares a password with the evening shift.
Multi-sport and academies
Football, basketball, volleyball, tennis and padel, each with its own formats and surfaces. Plus a separate training mode if you run an academy.
Blocked players
Keep a list of the people you don't want back, with a reason and a date. They can no longer sign up to your matches.

Pick the team, whether you want an opponent or you're playing among yourselves, the day, the duration (1h30 or 2h) and a start time from the free slots, then the full pitch or a half and the format (6v6, 7v7, 8v8). The venue confirms the request, and you then pay by card through MAIB.

Yes — this is the most common case for English-speaking users. Join an open match instead of booking the whole pitch: you take a single place and the rest of the squad is made up of other players. Tennis and padel additionally match you by ELO level.
