Yes. Payments run through MAIB and accept Visa and Mastercard from foreign banks, along with Apple Pay and Google Pay. Charges are made in Moldovan lei (MDL) and your own bank applies the exchange rate. Payment is online only — venues do not take cash on arrival.

It depends on the venue, and you usually do not need them to: the booking, the payment and the player list are handled in the app, so arriving with a confirmed slot is normally the entire interaction. Russian is widely spoken in Chișinău and younger staff at newer complexes generally speak some English.

No. Sporta MD lists bookable pitches and courts for team and racket sports — football, basketball, volleyball, tennis and padel. Indoor sports halls appear here when they host futsal, basketball or volleyball, but fitness gyms and swimming pools are outside what the app books.

For weekday evenings between 19:00 and 21:00 and for Saturday mornings, book three to seven days ahead — those are the slots that go first. Weekday afternoons and Sunday mornings are usually available at a day's notice and are noticeably cheaper.
